I’m a passionate advocate for healthier families and a firm believer that cooking nutritious meals should be fun & enjoyable. I love empowering women in the kitchen with skills to meal prep, save time & teach tips on how to make healthy food taste delicious!
It’s so important to spend time together in the kitchen & around the dinner table. As a mother of a lot of boys, I understand the challenges we face in getting dinner on the table & providing healthy meals that they will actually eat!
The only way to truly make healthier changes work is to take baby steps that slowly transition your family to better foods so that you can maintain a healthy lifestyle that is doable & enjoyable for everyone! No restrictions. Just balance.
How I Went From NOT knowing How to Cook to
Teaching in Cooking Classes & on LIVE TV 🔴📺
When I was a young mom, I had no idea how to cook, much less how to cook healthy food.
I had gained all that baby weight that was sticking around and I was learning to cook and bake with loads of sugar and white flour! Something had to change and I needed a solution. That’s when I started seeking out mentors and chefs to learn from.
Fast forward to now, I confidently prepare delicious & healthy food for my family, I lost the baby weight, and have all the energy I need to keep up with my kiddos even though they’re all bigger than me now! Our table & kitchen is a gathering place for good food, connection and conversations. It’s truly the heart of the home where food is served with love!
It took some time, and believe me, it wasn’t easy at first getting my kids to eat whole grains, greens and more fruits & vegetables, but I’ve taken all my headaches & fails, then turned them into useful information for you. With the right tools, a little time & knowledge, you can easily eat healthier & feel better too! Trust me, it’s worth it!
